Prof. Lutz Freitag MD (Chief Medical Officer) ​is a globally renowned and respected interventional pulmonologist. He brings 40 years’ of experience from leading hospitals (e.g. dept chief Ruhrlandklinik, West German Lung Center), medical schools (Professor at Essen, Visiting Professor at Harvard, Stanford, Tulane, Wenzhou) and device industry. Lutz is a named inventor on over 200 patents, his commercial experience includes roles as CMO/BoD at Pulmonx Corp. and Founder/CMO/BoD at Breathe Technologies Inc.

Martina Miškufová (Chief Finance & Operations Officer)​ is an international healthcare expert who joins from the San Francisco & London offices of McKinsey & Co, where she worked for 9 years with public and private health payers and providers to design and implement value-based healthcare programmes. Martina holds degrees in Physics from Trinity College Cambridge and a Doctorate from UCL.

Joseph Hewins (General Counsel) ​is a leading solicitor with 30 years’ industry experience in heavily regulated & IP-rich industries. Most recently he was the Legal Director at Qinetiq Plc (LON:QQ), and was previously the Counsel Worldwide & IPR Counsel at Infineum (joint-venture of ExxonMobil & Shell in specialty chemicals) and Deputy General Counsel at Ladbrokes Coral Group Plc.
